In our store, Haa, we have easy and flexible terms for replacement, return and cancellation.


Replacement, return and cancellation:


Once you click on complete order and payment, the order will be processed.


In case of cancellation request before issuing the policy


The order will be cancelled and the amount of the products excluded from the return will be deducted if the order has been prepared.

The amount will be returned to the customer.


In the event of a cancellation request after the policy has been issued or the request has not been received


The order will be cancelled and the amount of the products excluded from the return will be deducted, and the delivery or shipping cost will not be refunded.

If the customer does not want the product after receiving it, under the following conditions:


  • Available within 3 days of receiving the order
  • Not applicable to products excluded from return
  • You must ensure that the product has not been used before returning it and that it is in the same condition as when the order arrived.
  • Do not cut the carton or any packaging of the product so that you can return it to its original condition when returning it.
  • A return policy will be issued for the product and the fees will be borne by the customer.
  • After the product arrives , we will ensure that it is free of any defects, and the product will be replaced and a shipping fee will be added to the customer.
  • When requesting cancellation, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense, and the cost of the order will be transferred after we receive the product, excluding the shipping, delivery, or return fee.


You can return any product if it is damaged or arrived incorrectly, other than what was ordered, within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order, under the following conditions:


  • A return policy will be issued at the store's expense.
  • After we receive the product, it is examined and accordingly, compensation is decided by sending a replacement product to the customer.
  • Do not cut the carton or any packaging of the product so that you can return it to its original condition when returning it.
  • The cost of sending a replacement or repaired product to the customer will be borne by the store.

1_ If the order was sent/shipped, whether directly to you or to the recipient, and was canceled before the order was delivered, the shipment must be returned to us before the amount due will be refunded.

2_ If the order is not received due to a delay by the sender or recipient, or the recipient or sender does not respond to the shipping company or us for more than 6 days from the date of the order or delivery, we have the right not to return the order value.

The cost of shipping products to the store is borne by the customer.
